About the Customer:

Suzhou Suda Institute of Health and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly the Institute of Health and Environmental Technology of Suzhou University), formerly known as the Institute of Radiation Medicine of Suzhou Medical College established in April 1991, the institute mainly carries out radioactivity, medical equipment, occupational health, environment, public places, food safety, cosmetics, aquatic products and poultry products, experimental animal quality, feed and other fields of testing, construction project occupational disease hazard assessment, construction project occupational disease hazard radiation protection evaluation, Technical services such as hygiene evaluation in public places, safety evaluation research of chemicals and new drugs, health products, nanomaterials, etc., and radon measurement and verification.

 

About the Project:

The project is located in the National University Science and Technology Park (Tong'an Park) of Suzhou University, and Huber & Ranner has provided 5 sets of heat recovery systems and 11 new exhaust fans for its animal house area, and 7 sets of laboratory parts, a total of 18 units, of which the total fresh air volume of the heat recovery part is 120,000m³/h.

 

Huber & Ranners’ Plan:

Huber & Ranner actively responded to customer requirements, provided non-standard customized solutions for the project, and designed a set of solutions to meet customer requirements: ethylene glycol three-coil heat recovery system that is both energy-saving and completely free of cross-contamination, through the energy recovery of the exhaust side, through the energy transfer of the hydraulic module, to the fresh air pre-cooling or preheating, after the main cold coil dehumidification and cooling in summer, the reheat coil can provide free reheat energy, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving; In winter, it can preheat the fresh air, avoid the freezing of other coils downstream, and play a good active antifreeze effect. The core components of the heat recovery coil are imported from Europe, and the heat exchange efficiency is very high.

 

Design Essentials:

1 Some units are outdoor type, the whole adopts rainproof design, and the outdoor type units are equipped with an emergency stop switch

2 The fan sections of the fresh air and exhaust fans are single use, and when the fan fails or is overhauled, the standby fan is turned on to avoid room pressure fluctuations

3 Airfoil-type aluminum alloy closed valves are adopted before and after the standby fan section to ensure no air leakage when switching use

4 Using Huber & Ranner three-coil high-efficiency heat recovery system, energy saving, real-time display of energy-saving energy
