新西兰政府初级产业部（MPI）的临时入境后检疫设施位于奥克兰。新的临时入境后检疫设施包括办公室、实验室空间和夹层总部厂房房间，通过一个封闭走廊与12个温室舱相连。实验室空间和温室舱的设计和建造符合MPI的PEQ L3B隔离舱标准。
博纳提供本次项目12个温室吊舱以及缓冲间、控制房总部等区域均采用独立供风、分区调节，满足客户实验室及温室吊舱房间新风及温度控制要求。吊舱空调箱不占用温室空间，安装在室外区域。
