On March 13-17, 2023, the largest and most famous exhibition "ISH International HVAC Exhibition" in the global HVAC industry was held in Frankfurt, Germany,. Huber & Ranner participated in the exhibition as an industry leader of Air Handling Units. Huber & Ranner’s representatives from Asia-Pacific including Indonesia, New Zealand and Thailand also attended the exhibition.

New product promotion

After being affected by the pandemic for 3 years, with the restart of the ISH exhibition, we have re-established face-to-face communication with our partners to better understand the needs of customers and the application of the latest technology in the field of clean air-conditioning.

At this exhibition, Huber & Ranner launched a series of high quality products in the field of energy saving and control technology, including the AIR-BALANCE control system, SMARTRON energy-saving unit, and HY-CASE, a special hygienic AHU design.

AIR-BALANCE

AIR-BALANCE is a new innovative product from Huber & Ranner which solves common problems of field wiring and commissioning. The unique design of the controller makes on-site installation easy, "plug and play".

This design greatly reduces the labor time of on-site installation and commissioning, and achieves significant improvements in terms of cost, quality, speed and safety. Huber & Ranner is excited to officially launch AIR-BALANCE to the market in 2023!

The picture above shows the AIR-BALANCE system. The control cabinet on the right is pre-installed onto the AHU in the factory. The control cabinet on the left can be installed either on the unit or in a separate location on site, requiring only 2 field cables to be run.

SMARTRON

Huber & Ranner has been a market leader in energy efficient HVAC technology for many years. SMARTRON is a new innovation in our energy-saving technology portfolio, realizing the standardized version of our run-around coil KVS system, implementing again the principle of "plug and play" functionality. SMARTRON on-site installation is simple, just connect the power supply to the control panel, connect the water piping to the pump station, and then carry out online commissioning.

Pictured above is a SMARTRON at ISH2023, showing the pump and heat exchanger skid, with the control cabinet mounted directly onto the package. SMARTRON further simplifies the implementation of hygienic KVS heat recovery systems operating in HVAC projects and expands its possible use to many more applications.

HY-CASE

Huber & Ranner has been a leader in clean Air Handling Unit applications for many years. Despite our leading position in the market, our R&D team continuously updates our products to provide our customers with higher quality solutions. At ISH2023, the largest display unit in the entire exhibition was Huber & Ranner's HY-CASE AHU, showcasing the unique design features which make this a market-leading hygienic AHU.

Our HY-CASE series is designed according to DIN 1946 German hygienic standard, from the special disinfection agent-resistant coating to the unique interior lighting which enables the internal cables to have no contact with the air for maximum hygiene and easy cleaning. HY-CASE is suitable for applications with strict hygienic requirements, such as hospitals, pharmaceutical factories and various clean room applications.

Visiting Ziehl-Abegg

On March 15, 2023, at the invitation of Ziehl-Abegg, the Huber & Ranner Asia Pacific delegation visited their factory in Künzelsau. Ziehl-Abegg presented the latest technology and their future plans, and the group also visited Ziehl-Abegg's EC factory in Waldenburg. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on how to apply the latest fan technology to the design of premium air handling units.

Fahrenheit

The Huber & Ranner delegation also visited an innovative adsorption refrigeration system installed in Unterföhring by our partner company Fahrenheit, a global leader in energy saving and carbon neutrality. The adsorption system utilizes low-grade waste heat to generate cooling, an extremely sustainable solution with many potential applications. Huber & Ranner hopes to introduce this technology to the Asia-Pacific market to further enhance the sustainability of HVAC systems in the region.
